  • a Malt'o'meal or oatmeal sub (induction friendly-ish)

If you consider flaxseed mill induction proof, then this is acceptable on induction. If you don't you have to move along :P

Technically following all of my nutrition labels this equals out to 0 net carbs. However, I know that there's more than 0 carbs per tbsp of heavy whipping cream as well as flax seed mill, and as well as vanilla... so just keep that into mind.

you can cut out the calories as well by just using water. The heavy whipping cream just makes it creamy.

    Ingredients:

    Water 1 C.
Heavy Whipping Cream (if you're on induction, keep it under 2 tbsp)
    Milled Flaxseed 3 Tbsp.
    Butter (to taste)
Da Vinci's syrup (or whatever method you have to sweeten it - add carbs accordingly).
    Vanilla (just a bit)
    Cinammon (just a pinch)
And I personally added Paprika and a bit of almond extract just because I'm the type of person who likes to add everything in the cabinet together

Basically I just microwaved my water, heavy whipping cream, and butter to a bowl and microwaved it for 2 mins. I put in the flaxseed and while letting it sit I added in the rest and stirred it.

The flax seed will slowly thicken everything up. If you wait too long it will become gooey but still retain the same flavor so you have to eat it after about 3 minutes if you want the consistency of malt o meal.

If a tree falls in a forest out of hearing range of any living organism, did it make a sound?

If a person eats yummy stuff without counting the carbs, did it have carbs to begin with?
