Many of you remember me and have seen my past photos, this is Pooh 13 here. (Rob)
Here is my latest pictures taken tonight, and for the first time in my life I am actually proud of what my body looks like, it has taken all in me to do this.

If I can do this anyone can.


Here I am 110 lbs down.!!

I began induction on Jan 1 ,2004 at 304 lbs.

As of today I am a trim tan and well developed 190 lbs.

I busted my *** for the last 9 1/2 months to get my body, my tan and my heatlh in order.
I exercise everyday, walk 2 miles everyday, lift weights and just take care of myself and watch what I eat.

This was the hardest thing I have ever done and it was well worth it.

Thanks to all on the board who has helped me post my previous pics, and everyones support.
