I found a recipe in a magazine (Taste of Home) for venison burgers with a special sauce. I made the sauce, and it was "ok", but kind of "blah", so I spiced it up a bit, and I have to say, it's really REALLY good.
1/3 Cup Mayo
1 teas. dijon mustard
1 teas. lime juice
1 packet Splenda
1 teas. dill (I use the dill seasoning that I bought from The Pampered Chef)
Mix it together and put on burgers....it really has a great taste to it.
