1/2 c canola or you can use olive oil
1/2 c splenda
1/8 c vinegar
1TB soy sauce.
mix together and put a ittle on your salad. if you are trying to watch your sugar substitute just put a little on your salad or decrease the amount of spenda you use. makes a great oriental dressing.

Wow lindsey, that sounds great. I was using a splash of olive oil, a splash of wine vinegar and a package of splenda, but I think I like the idea of a little soy. Yum.
Bleu (Blue - however its spelled) is usually okay.
