Need some recipes using flavored syrups!

My mom went out and bought me a bottle of the vanilla flavored da vinci syrup.. what recipes do you use them in?

You can use it in a varity of things, from making flax muffins and breads, to just putting it on top of pancakes, to adding a little to 'clouds' for flavor, or a das of it in some decaff coffee, etc. It is quite versatile stuff.
