heya,
So, I might be treading into dangerous territory here, but one of my biggest vices when I was eating high-carb was little debbie oatmeal cream pies (I could easily go through an entire box in a day) and I would like to find a LC replacement that I could enjoy in moderation.
Does anyone have any clues on where to start? I know certain forms of oatmeal are LC, but I am not sure which, and I am not sure where I would find them. I figure I can use PolyD to help with the texture of the filling, but not sure where to start honestly.
I am on pre-maintenance, so almost any ingredient is fair game, but I would like to keep it as LC as possible.
