I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to substitute those delicious and cheerful holiday bakes. We always made homemade ghosts and pumpkin cookies for halloween, and thanksgiving..dont even let me get started! And then of course the winter holidays, more cookies, pies, gingerbread houses...I want to keep this spirit of baking with my daughter alive but i am just too tempted to eat the forbidden traditional bakes. I dont plan on going hay wire on these sweets, i just want to bake them with my kid and IF i am dying and salivating all over them, i know i wont be thrown out of ketosis if i have one "cookie" And if i can control my urges, we would still have the homemade products for my daughter to enjoy! These recipes and tips should be for induction phase PLEASE, or at lease clearly state which phase your recipe is appropriate for :P I would appreciate it!
