Flaxseed!!!!

Hi I have been hearing a lot of flaxseed cereal and what not, I have a few questions about it if its not too much trouble...
1. Is it ok to eat on induction?
2. Does anyone have any Induction safe flaxseed recipes?
3. I heard someone talking about homemade flaxseed crackers... are they ok on induction? If so, recipe anyone?
