Did you try the search feature above?

      The recipe:

      4 oz softened cream cheese
      4 eggs
      1/3 cup heavy cream
      1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
      1 tbs chives
1/2 tsp Italian or pizza seasoning
2 cups shredded cheese (I use mozzarella /cheddar mix)
1/2 tsp wet garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup lowest carb tomato or pizza sauce
      1 cup mozzarella cheese
Toppings to taste (I use pepperoni, sausage, green olives, whatever!)

Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
Add cream, parmesan cheese and spices
Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with oil
Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mixt. over Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
Spread with sauce and then add your toppings
      Cover with mozzarella cheese
      Bake till browning and bubbly
Let stand for 5 minutes or so.

Now I made just a few changes. First off, I skipped the sauce and put fresh thinly sliced tomato on top to save carbs. I also cut the amount of cheese for the topping in half. Our toppings were pepperoni, tomato, onion (very thinly sliced, probably only 3 tablespoons worth) and 1/4 cup of spicy breakfast sausage.

It was amazing. Now, the edges were cripsy crunch, the pieces in the middle were a little droopy, but the flavor was still amazing. I think maybe I let it sit in the pan too long. Possibly, if I had taken it out and put it on a wire rack to cool, it wouldn't have gotten soggy? I'll have to try that next time.

I almost forgot to mention, hubby and I ate this with garlic butter. We drizzled a little on top after it came out of the oven. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. If you like Sicilian style pizza, you'll really like this.

My hubby and I ate this pizza last night, only we got the recipe years ago from about.com when we were doing low carb. It tasted much better this time around though .. probably because it was day 11 and I was craving pizza haha

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!!

Thanks for the repost! Yes, I had tried the search but I guess because it was not under Biker goddess's name anymore, I couldn't get it to turn up. I did however find it, after I googled it, on a Dutch website of a guy that was a member here and he uploaded into a PDF file, so now it is saved on my comp. forever and ever! LOL! I know what I am making this weekend! Yummmmy!
