    Their website doesn't have nutritional info - can I assume all ribs are off-limits? What if I get the sauce on the side?

    How about no sauce. If i'm not mistaken most of their sauces are very sweet which = high carbs. Just get the ribs plain.

      Some ribs are cooked with a dry rub that may contain brown sugar.

      You might try emailing them off of their website to ask.
