  • HELPPPP!!!!!!!

    Ok i am SUPER confused......I was just putting into the fitday thing what I ate today--when I put that i had 2 double cheeseburgers (no bun no sauce no onions) it said it was 44 carbs......I don't understand I thought people ate this while on atkins??? Why does it say so many carbs???

    that fitday is retarted,....it takes me forever & i dont bother...nope a double burger has like 2 (OR LESS) carbs...i eat em every(almost) day!!! 1 slice of cheese is 1 carb...more or less. The patty is like none!

      Hmmm sounds like fitday decided to toss the bun in anyway, odd. Yeah, the fillings from a double cheeseburger minus the ketchup should line up to 1 or 2 carbs at most.

        That was a close one! :icondance !!!!!! I thought I was going way over the limit on there----Fitday didn't add the bun, oh well I am not going to use fitday anymore I will just use my best judgement!!! I am not into the whole measuring foods and what not!!! Thanks guys for the quick replies :joy

          Fitday can be useful as a resource to find out rough ideas of nutrition info for certain items, and if you are the bookeeping type the daily journal and statistical functions are nice... but for me it was always too cumbersome. Keep it around as a resource for quick info, but don't take its output as gospel.
