I just discovered a great new, Atkin's friendly place to eat. It's called Doc Greens, and as the name implies, is mostly all salads. Some are pre-prepared, but mostly you can just pick the fresh ingredients you want. Right this very moment, I'm eating a salad with romaine, blue cheee crumbles, bacon, tomatoes, onion, and blue cheese dressing. I could have (and probably should have) added some chicken for protien. It is soooo good, and according to FitDay, 11 carbs (my estimates/measurements might even be high).
