I love this place and their salads are divine! Tell me if you guys thinks these are ok?

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
Pecan crusted chicken on fresh spinach, gorgonzola crumbles, sliced roma tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon and red onions tossed with warm bacon vinaigrette dressing, garnished with flash-fried onion straws ( I would probably omit the onion straws)

Classic Grilled Chicken Caesar
Sliced grilled chicken and freshly chopped romaine lettuce tossed with our signature Caesar dressing. Topped with fresh roma tomatoes, black olives, red onions, parmesan cheese and garlic toasted croutons (croutons would go)

Italian Chopped Club Salad
Fresh greens tossed with our gorgonzola vinaigrette and topped with sliced grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon, spicy pepperoni, gorgonzola cheese, asiago cheese and roma tomatoes with garlic toast (toast would go bye bye!)

Honey-Pecan Salmon Salad
A marinated grilled fillet of salmon with a honey-pecan crust over chopped romaine, tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, roma tomatoes, red onions and a tangy lemon caper vinaigrette (the honey pecans can be scraped off if needed)

I am Assuming you are in the rung for the nuts. Most vinagrettes are very high in sugar so I would avoid those perhaps ask for a different dressing. The chicken caesar would be the best choice.
