Does anyone know if the Alfredo Cheese sauce is Atkin's friendly?? I went to Olive Garden today for my neice's 1st communion party and had the stuffed chicken marsala w/ brocoli instead of the mashed potatoes....and had a side of alfredo sauce as a dip for my not-so-steamed brocoli. I'm on induction right now (6th day....9 pounds lost) and didn't know what to order on their carb-filled menu. I hope this was a better choice?? It was all soooooo tastey I was STUFFED!!!
