I found this ina cookbook my mom gave me and I cant wait to try it.
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 buttermilk
1 T. finely chopped onion
2 t. rubbed sage
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic poweder
1/8 t. oregano
1 pond ground pork
** In a bowl, combine the first eight ingrediants. Crumble the pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 1/2 in. patties. Refridgerate 1 hour. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, fry the patties for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. 8 servings.
