  • Tangy Broccoli

    this is a good side dish when you need some zing to whatever you're eating it with:

    1) steam broccoli to firmness of your liking.
    2) spread out in pan so that pieces are not overlapping.
    3) let cool to room temp and then refrigerate if you like.
    4) sprinkle broccoli with some garlic powder and onion powder.
    5) sprinle the broccoli with some red wine viniagrette (i like the seven seas one).
    6) stir to evenly coat with the dressing.
    7) serve.
    refrigerate leftovers.
