When I posted the Supper Yummy Chicken Salad I didn't realise how high poppy seed dressing is in carbs so I fiddled with a homemade recipe and came up with this. It's low in carbs and sooo yummy.

Ingredients:
3/4 C. Splenda
1/2 TBSP dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C. cider vinegar
1 C. canola oil
1 TBSP poppy seeds
1/8 C. minced onion
How to Prepare:
Combine Splenda, mustard, salt, and vinegar in blender. Add oil slowly, blend until thick. Stir in poppy seeds and onion. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 1 & 1/2 cups.
