    My Chicken Caesar Salad

    1.) Start by coating pan with Macadamia Oil.
    2.) Place 4 strips of chicken tenderloins into fryer
    3.) Cut up romaine lettuce, plum tomatoes place into bowl
    4.) Fry both sides on high for a minute, then down heat down to saute meat, 5-7 minutes per side.
    5.) Put some salt/pepper/old bay seasoning on chicken
    6.) Place chicken on top of salad.
    7.) Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese on top of salad.
    8.) Top with favorite Caesar dressing.
    9.) Wah la!
