can ya please give suggestions on what to use for a dip with pork rinds..i like the bar b que ones..but i want diff ways to eat them..thanks

Filipino Style Pork Rinds
Filipinos use a mixture of vinegar, garlic, and black pepper. If you can, get quality pork rinds from asian food markets that have a little bit of meat on them. I can practically live off of them for days.
In the Philippines, it's a very popular snack and the taste ranges dramatically from the ones you buy from a specialty store vs. the major US brand one's you buy at a national chain.
