-Sugar free all-natural peanut butter.
-Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder.
-Splenda.
Amounts will depend on how much you want to make. Basically and very simply, just mix some cocoa powder and Splenda into a gob of the peanut butter, use a spoon and knife to fold and blend thoroughly.
Dab onto a plate in the form of little kisses, then freeze.
Be careful with these, set a limit beforehand. They are easy to overeat.
