Cheese-Egg Appetizer by NDSlim2B
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
6 beaten eggs
4-5 diced jalopeno peppers
1/2 - 3/4 c. diced pepperoni
Mix and bake for 1 hour in a baking dish approximately 9x7 in a 375 degree oven, cool some and cut into 1" squares! These are great!!

Assuming you cut this into 10 equal squares and ate 1 square as a serving, you would have 400 calories and 2.8 net carbs.
