  • Flax Seed Crackers

    1 cup flax seed
    1/3 cup parmesan
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup water

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Mix all ingredients together and transfer to cookie sheet that is lined with parchment and greased. Cover with another sheet of parchment and flatten out to 1/8" thick, taking care to make sure the edges are not too thin.

    Bake 15-18 minutes. If you notice edges getting very brown, take out....let cool completely. Break into pieces.

    I'm going to decrease the amount of garlic powder and add some ground cumin, because I want to have some with homemade guacamole
