i started atkins just over 2 weeks ago.
and 3 days ago i started getting a dark brown discharge just over a week after i finshed my period.
i lost alot of weight quickly just over 6 kgs, (13.2pounds)and now this, i looked around on net and found 2 posts (not on here) that said losing weight quickly on atkins or low carb diets can cause this.
anyone else have more imfo and how long it lasted or had this?
