Wow! Amazing the difference in that little glass between 2 wks ago and today ~ no 'legs', and the stuff on top spread out and almost just went away! Cool! I'm going to stay on at least 3 weeks tho before checking again and adding anything back in and then only one a week... so here's where the questions come into play...
What do I add back in first??
Can I quit all the suppliments? Or should I continue with some? Do I ease out of taking them??
(BTW, I had a tooth that was acting up and will ultimately have to be pulled but after upping the OoO and VitC, it went away... meaning no antibiotics to get it under control before the extraction!)

PS If someone had told me I would be eating a diet where 65% fat is your goal, no sugar, no white flour, no processed foods at all, no dairy, no mushrooms, and no coffee or artificial sweetner I would have never in a million years believed it ... I am totally amazed!!
