I just quit atkins after 4 days. I think it was not for me. I got past the sugar withdrawl, but I woke up on the 4th day and realized it was not for me. I was in ketosis (strong purple) and finally lost 2lbs. So I was a little sad that I couldn't finish my induction. Anyway, I monitored my ketones for the next day and they gradually went away. What I did notice is my sugar level according to the strip has went up. At about 250-500 mg/dl. I have never had any problem with my sugar levels before that I know about. Could this be due to the carbs I'm adding back after being without any? Has anyone else done this? I really would like some help, before I run to the doctor. Thanks
