OMG......PMS....Yes, I have had it ALL DAY LONG today...actually for the last 2 days.........It's a good thing I was home alone today. All of my screaming and yelling and throwing things was directed only at an empty house instead of a husband running for cover.
The frustrating thing for me is that PMS was a relatively rare experience for me before.....I did not have regular cycles until I lost 25 pounds on atkins and now my cycles are becoming regular again because my body is getting healthier now that my hormones are stabilizing. Less fat= less testosterone...More estrogen......TADA! PMS!
So I was doing really well without cheating before and I am on month 4 of this way of eating...UNTIL this week....OMG.....
I don't / didn't have any known trigger foods but I found one this week.
Onion rings......one bite and it was all over...and they were ALL gone...the WHOLE large order of them...OMG.....for two days in a row...I have dreamed of onion rings...and indulged the craving since my PMS has become to great to bear!
Additionally I am in a stall......have been for three weeks now. No losses....but no gains.
*tears hair out and jumps up and down screaming*
Anyone have any advice on what I can do now?
