    you will get there Jimmie Jo remember how hard you thought your beginning pushups were. you should see the pic of the next step up from this one LOL you put the ball on a table to increase the incline geez

      I think I am a looooong way off that young lady with her toes on the ball!!

      This month I will try to up my total to 200, which as I am only doing them on the days I dont go to the gym will mean an average of 12 for each day I do them if I have done the maths right!

      Not sure if I will get there but as they say, 'aim for the stars and you might just get to the moon!'

                              i am just letting you guys know that i am going to be checking in here about every other day. it has gotten to be too hard to get everything in that i want to get in so i am mixing my days with what i want to accomplish. i'll be posting tomorrow on how many i get done.
                              i think i said a goal of 250 at the knees. they are still very hard for me.
