    This is my first time joining a challenge so I am going to go for 3000 crunches in MAY. 0/3000 as I speak LOL
    Starting Weight 4/26/07: 231
    Start Atkins 5/3/07:231.5
    Goal Weight: 150

    Mini Goal 1 : 220 Met 05/09/2007
    Mini Goal 2 : 210
    Mini Goal 3 : 200 Met 11/1/2007
    Mini Goal 4 : 185
    Mini Goal 5 : 165
    Mini Goal 6 : 150

    (My other goal is to be 185 by 11/25/2007, but thats a prayer)

                    I'm stuggling with my 30 and some of you are doing............200, 100, 80, 60! What are you guys? Superhuman?

                      Mickkey i started at 30 situps per day last month, it takes time, u have to build it up, near the end of the month ull be ready to do 60 next month! Keep it up, ure doing great
