Nov 4 = 20 min of lower body, abs, and stretching
Nov 5 = 20 min of upper body, abs, core, and stretching.
Nov 6 = 30 min of lower body, abs, core, and stretching.
Nov 7 = 15 min of abs, core, and stretching.
I plan on doing another set tonight, but I'll post it once it's done.
