    I will be posting the April mileage challenge signup sometime tomorrow, so make sure that you come by and sign up. This will give y'all some time to think about what your goal is going to be.

    Today, I got 2 miles in on the treadmill.

        I have not had internet access for a while so I have kept track of my miles in my workout journal.

        3/19- 3 miles treadmill
        3/21- 3.5 miles treadmill
        3/22- 5.5 miles on bike
        3/25- 2 miles treadmill AND 2.3 miles on elliptical
        3/26- 3 miles treadmill
        3/27- 4.5 miles elliptical

                Wanted to also say Thanks to everyone here..you guys don't know how much ya' all mean(Mels drawl I'm pickin up)..lol
                I know for a fact if it wasn't for this board and everyone here I wouldn't be doing any of this .. I haven't lost nothing ,nada..a big fat zero..but that isn't the whole reason anymore making friends means more..o.k. a freakin pound would be nice. Maybe in April!!

                      Comp has been down the past few days so I havent been able to report.

                      add another 26 miles for me

                      Doesn't look like I'm going to make goal this month....(I dont know whats been going on with me) Hopefully will be back on track in next monthes challenge!

                          Its this Video couple of people on the board recommended for additional cardio - its called Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone. The one I bought has three cardio sessions and two pound hand weights...She has four basic steps, but gets tougher each session you do... I tried for the 3 mile yesterday and body was so exhausted from night before I ended up switching to 1 mile workout instead

                          So one mile with Walk Away Pounds
