Tonight I will be back at it sweating away on my bike and hoping to come close to my loss goal. I think I may make it but even if I can drop to 196 I will be pleased! There is always next week after all. 
What to do, that makes life thismuch more difficult. Anyways, other then that, I hope I meet my weekly goal tomorrow, I am close! Looks like eveyone else is doing great too! Yay's for the cool group here!

on the transmission-- I've heard those can get pretty expensive! Good luck making your weekly goal tomorrow! I doubt that I will make mines-- my eating and exercise has been on point for almost if not over a month now...but I lost that 8lbs super quick, now the scale isn't moving. It's typical me though.. I lose for a while, then stop, then start back after about a week... Meanwhile the inches are droppin like flies! A loss is a loss
