Well, dadgummit. I am bummed. My Polar strap has lost one of its connectors .. and its useless!! So today's run will be a guestimate as far as HR is concerned. I don't wanna go spend another $160 on a new one!!!

I am so sorry Betty. I guess by now tho you have a pretty good idea of your target zone. It amazes me all of the time how easily this "cheap" sport adds up!! I know you won't let this stop you from inspiring us!!
