I ran Outside for Over 1 hour was good but, I got a toe cramp so now the muscle on the top of my foot hurts I was rubbing it out and it's sore. My back was better today but, we'll see I am seeing the Chiro again tonight to makes sure I am well adjusted.. I think I ran around 6 miles not too sure but, it has to be close could have went a lot further if it wasn't for the toe cramp. I was breathing perfect it wasn't even exhausting just a nice easy run which is what I need right now. I'm not out for speed I am out for me.

            Hey all,
I'm leaving in about an hour to go whitewater rafting in Maine! We're camping tonight, rafting tomorrow, and then coming home Sunday. I can't wait!!!!

The only thing I'm not looking forward to is squeezing into a rented wetsuit.

See ya's all when I get back!

Effie, have a great time. Can't wait to hear all about it. I'm a whitewater canoeist, but I have been rafting too. You'll have a blast!

I'm off work today so I got in a 3K run and my upper body weights. Have a great day everyone.

                Have a terrific time, Effie!!

I ran 5.3 last night (Thurs). No run today as my sinuses are dealing me fits. I'm working, but its tough. The day is dragging and so am I.

DH and I plan to go to Disneyworld tomorrow, so my long run will be on Sunday. But I'll get alot of walking in tomorrow!

                Have a great weekend everyone!

Ok, I am kinda in a tough spot right now I wanna run but, doc well the Chiropractor said NO WAY. I have to take it easy over the weekend and I ahve to stick to the treadmill for a bit. He knows how hard I have worked to get where I am so he knows asking me to take a rest day is like pulling teeth. I am supposed to walk instead. I say WALK NO WAY I don't wanna walk he rolls his eyes at me and shaked his head. I said well you know I am feeling so good running I just cab't take a rest day from running it's exhilarating and eases my tention. SO I think I will compromise and maybe just do an easy run so long as I am feeling good. Oh, this injury isn't from running it's a compression thing from when I was way overweight so I don't worry.

I better be off take care everyone

I've had my share of injuries this year, so I know how you feel. What helps me is knowing that I'm into this for life. We need to listen to our bodies and rest when we need it, push it when we need to do that too! Know what I mean? You take care!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. 30k cycle and a 5k walk with my doggies! We're having an unbelievably beautiful day today. Hard to believe it's October first with the temperature around 24C. I'll take it!

I ran twice more this week. One time for 2 mile time on the boring twice loop around the pond, and the second one ~3 miles today with the wife. The first mile was a slower than normal jog at her pace, the second return mile was more wind sprints. Each quarter mile was me running ahead to the next quarter mile marker and then sprinting (or as close there to) back to Laura, who was making her way as well to the same marker. As I reached her, the cycle repeated. It allowed me to get a good workout while still maintaining "coupledom." It also gives hope for ways to bring kids into the exercises.

I was out-of-town most of this weekend at a scrapbook retreat, but before I left yesterday, I ran with RRFit 7 mi--longest run ever! About 10:00/mi pace, so consistent again--and we had a few nasty hills! My biggest irk was that the bathrooms at the part of the park where we started we locked, so I ran the first 3 mi really needing to empty my bladder--Fortunately, the bathrooms at our water stop were open when we got there. Carried my amphipod again--can't say enough good things about that hydration belt...Ok, running on very few hours of sleep, so gotta get some shut-eye...
