I've always done walk away the pounds as my workout, so I never experienced stomach cramps while working out.
I did a mildly intense dance workout for 20 minutes but I almost doubled over in pain.
What do you do to prevent the cramps that happen only in the left or right side of the stomach? Am I supposed to keep exercising or do they eventually go away?
