    sadiejen had a funeral and business out of town for some of the days.

    higgies was in boston week before last and i think katies move to d.c. was this weekend, i think. he's been busy with work and getting her packed up and moved.

        I've been keep up with my running and my situps! Couldn't run saturday, was out of town for a funeral as jimmie mentioned, but i did run yesterday..It's been chilly here, but i'm getting used to running in the cold (sally i get the nose drips too! LOL), and figuring out how many layers to wear.

        I'm going to Montreal this week wed/thurs but i don't leave until after lunch wednesday, so i'm committing to running/situps mon/tues/wed. Thurs will be a writeoff i'll be in an all day meeting and it'll be far too early to hit them gym at the hotel. Florida is in less than a month...I want to get in bikini shape! I'm just hoping we don't get too much snow this week, they are calling for some.

          good to see yo Sadie still working out.

          Jimmie jo has turned back into the exerciser she was for the early 6WECs woo hoo.

          Hey Sallyseachange where was your middle of the night post with your workout? the dogs let you sleep this morning? LOL

          I got my HIIT done today and did some ice removal from the driveway and walks. I know it will melt by evening but i needed to have it dry so it didn't ice back up tomorrow morning

            Oh wow 2big... do you know, I actually forgot to post!!! But, nahhh.... dem hounds NEVER let me off... *groans*. Did all my stuff, even though this morning it was rather heavy going. Feeling a little weary today. Still managed to up my situps a little, for the situp challenge though...nearly killed me!

            Phew Sadie! Glad I'm not the only one with nose drips!! Sounds like you're really keeping the running going strong. Great! Sorry to hear you had a funeral though.

              taking some me time

              got 100 crunches in
              biked for 30 minutes and did 100 weight lifts with the 6.6 pound dumbells

                Well I did 2 runs today, one at lunch, one at night, both about 10-15 mins. My question is..is doing 2 15 min runs as good as doing 1 30 min run? I have no idea. I guess it's better than not running at all!

                    well that Sadie depends on what you are running for. if for weight control 2 short runs are better then one combined run as you get the jacked up metabolism twice instead of once. if you are doing cardio or training for a sport then no your very short runs will not cover that.

                    Okay got my gym time in the AM BFL lifting and cardio afterwards and this time I got to shower first before heading home.

                      Right now it's for weight control..so that's good news for me! It's convenient for me too, since the cold weather makes my runs shorter, and the dog has to be taken out more than once.

                      I will probably switch that to longer runs once i'm happy with my exercise routine. Maybe even try a 5k race in the summer .

                      Ran 2 15 minute runs today, and did my situps.

                      Tomorrow I'll run in the a.m then I'm off to Montreal around noon for a business trip. So Thursday will be my rest day, i'll be in montreal all day and wont be home till about thurs at midnight. I'll probably do my situps in the hotel room tomorrow night for my exercise.

                        Just dashing in to report my usual done today.... plus ten mins extra on the dog walk. Does ten mins struggling with a dogfight count??? Felt like an hours run uphill!!! Lol

                                oops forgot to post. I'm HITTing and BFL and cardio alternating as usual. And thanks to Rich i realized I've been cheating myself on my situp count cause I do the obliques on each side for double that count
