SHAPE IT UP DONE FOR FLOYDGIRL.

Awesome workout -- but way, way tooooooooo looooooong!

Debbie actually had me cracking up laughing. She made the comment "I know you're cursing me, I'm used to that, I can take it" and she also commented on how "I know, I can't count" Its like she's been lurking on this thread and reading our comments. She also said "you wanted more inner thigh work, so here you go" ! I always thought that to myself, she doesn't do enough inner thigh work.

I really enjoyed this workout. I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow, or maybe by the end of the day!

78 minutes of a very intense workout. My muscles are freezing up as I type this.

A lot of work with the weights -- which is my true love!

The last portion of it is floor work, but some new moves I haven't seen from Ms. Siebers yet.

I really enjoyed this workout. IMHO it should be broken up into 2 halves -- 78 minutes is difficult for me to fit in.

Her sister is in this one. She's not as cute as Debbie. Debbie actually puts on some ankle weights in this one, too.

Which reminds me of something, Barbiebabe. Lately, I am literally starving in the morning when I wake up. I've been eating a little snack before working out (nothing too heavy). If I try to do this difficult workouts on an empty stomach, I feel dizzy and sick. If I eat a little something first, it helps a lot. Does anybody else find this to be true?

Oh, I have always had breakfast before working out. But I am a breakfast kinda girl. LOL. Lucky for DS. He is the only one he knows who gets breakfast cooked before going to school. And he goes in and brags about what he had! LOL.
Sigh. Ok, going to go push play........

Getting sick only happened to me one morning...I sat down for a second and then drank some water, got back up and continued on...it eventually went away. I don't know if it was that I was hungry or what...but my DH was sick that morning also and ended up coming home early that day, he was then sick through the night and most of the next day. So, I'm not sure if it is a bug going around or what...

I can't eat a meal before a workout b/c I hate the way the food sloshes around in there. If I do eat a little something, it's usually a hard-boiled egg about 30 minutes to an hour before I do aerobics. While I'm waiting, stretches, abs, or riding the exercise bike is fine. I think it's the jumping around the makes me ill after eating.
