I have the Polar F4. It keeps track of the exercise duration, time spent in target heart rate zone, average and max heart rates and calorie expenditures.

It reminds you to exercise at least every three days!!!!!!! Kinda like someone nagging you.

Ooooo... I have been looking at the F4, glad to hear from someone that has it. (The reason I was considering it is because it is the least expensive one that has a calorie calculator, though it does say it only fits small wrists so I will need to go try one on).

        Anyone else?

I don't have small wrists and it fits with 4 more notches to spare.

I have the M61 and I love it. I bought it two years ago and it still works flawlessly. Its survived the dastardly heat and humidity of long runs in the summer Florida sun .. (need I say more?)

It shows calories, alarm goes off when you exceed your maximum HR, allows you to set your personal HR targets, displays percentage of fat burned, has a fitness test, stores data for two users, shows total calories burned (accumulatively), has a backlight .. comes with the chest strap (and as far as I am concerned, HRMS are worthless without the chest strap) with the transmitter attached ... I could go on and on about it. I've never regretted buying it. EVER.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH POLAR.
