  • BODY FOR LIFE Challenge Week 7

    Upper body is done

    My foot is feeling 100% normal, so I'm going to (cautiously) try the elliptical trainer today, but only for 30 minutes. Wish me luck!

    Good Luck I know you'll do great.

    I was supposed to do a run Yesterday but, everything got messed up I am sure it's all right to take one day off as on Saturday I was busy with the kids and am still sore.

    YAY Upper Body today.

      Seated Cable Rows 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs changeover Late Pulls 12x50lbs
      Hammer curls, 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeover Cable Curls 12x50lbs
      Upright Rows 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x70lbs changeover Shoulder Round Press 12x10lbs

        Well, it wasn't a record-breaking workout or anything, but I did get through my 30 minutes on the elliptical without any trouble from my foot. And it still feels 100% normal this morning. I think I'm going to stick with the elliptical for this week before I jump back into Spinning and Irish Dancing, though!

            I did another 35 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. Got through 3 miles in just under 31 minutes -- a new personal best for me!! WOOHOO!!


            Did Lower Body today (all but Lunges - still taking baby steps on getting all the way back).

            We are leaving for dd's swim Championships in Italy tomorrow morning, so I'll be offline until Tuesday. The hotel is supposed to have a fitness center, so I'll do what I can there. Wish us luck!!

              Leg extensions 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs, changeover wide legged Cable Squat 12x80lbs
              Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90lbs,10x100lbs,8x110lbs,6x120lbs,12x110lbs changeover one legged ham curls 12x40lbs
              Stnding Calf Raises 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x100lbs, changeover seated Calf raises 12x100lbs
              ABS Decline sit ups 5 sets 12 reps 15 lbs 1 set 12 reps no weight

              WOW Great leg day I am Happy
