Re: Sarah's Bodybuilding 101 for Week ok March 27th

                Lower body and abs done!

                Here's my accounting LOL
Hams: Dead Lift 3x12 42 lbs
Quads: Barbell Squats 3x12 42 lbs
Calves: Single leg Calf Raises 12x32 lbs, 12xBW, 12XBW each side--these were killer
Hip Adductors: Wide stance plies 3x12 32 lbs
It wasn't enough--I can't add more weight because my weakling arms can't lift it up and back down (ie barbell squats), so I did 24XBW Forward Lunges

                Abs:
                3x12 each side Arm/Leg Lifts
                3x12 each side side crunches
                3x12 frogs for lower abs
                3x12 straight crunches

Sarah, I don't feel a *BIT* fatigued from my two cardio sessions yesterday, as a matter of fact I'm rearing to go in the morning!!!

OH OH Jas that's ok, we have all been there just Pick it up tonight no Don't feel bad Obviously you were that tired you needed to sleep.

Good, good Joy glad you are feeling good. Just watch for the signs and try not to overdo it for now.

I am excessively sore I can't tell you moving is a real chore I am that sore. I ahve not been sore like this in ages it's good though Hopefully I will make a muscle working like this. The only drawback is I am that much more hungry and my weight is fluctuating like crazy all over the place. I know this is normal for me so long as it doesn't move up too much I will be ok, if I stay the same and lose inches that's even better mean I gained muscle mass and lost fat which rocks YAY.

ANy how I better run, I won't be on too much cause Hubby is home but I do check in.

I need to call this a rest day. I have such a sinus headache from allergies that I can't even see straight. Just checking in here and calling it a night.

I'll make up for it tomorrow though. Have a good night!

I need to call this a rest day. I have such a sinus headache from allergies that I can't even see straight. Just checking in here and calling it a night.

I'll make up for it tomorrow though. Have a good night!
I hope you feel better soon!
