Way to go Pam that's awesome. My legs are sore I ran outside was going a pretty good click. My oldest was riding her Bike with me and I ran till she was Poopered HE HE lol. I tuckered her out and I could of went longer ROFL too funny they are suppose to wear me out.
So tomorrow I have to do my Weights today was sooo nuts I didn't have time and I might be lucky if I have time next week on Monday tuesday and Thursday I will have 7-8 kids here at all times from morning till 5 at night if that doesn't wear a gal out then Man I don't know what will. I am dreading it but, I will make some coin which is always good and also it's for a dear friend who needs my help so I want to help her.
SO any how that all got dropped on my head today. I really didn't want to look after so many kids at Once all 6 and Under but there is nothing I can do about it. I Know I am gunna be stressed and tired and Probbaly a little cranky cause of TOM on my door next week. HMMM good timing. Bitchzilla is gunna be looking after the kids OH OH. lol
SO send me lots of love and thoguhts for Next week I most likely WOn't be online cuase of it But, I will be thinking of you.

Oh Sarah... you are going to have a tough week. I will definitely be thinking about you LOTS! Boot Camp is almost over, so I'll be around more, you just do what you can to stay SANE!

Sorry I have been MIA it's not that I don't wanna be here Just sooo increadibly busy right now and next week after that it should be better so I will be back in full force then but, you'll have to be missing me for a bit.

Cool Pam. I worked out today Aren't I awesome. I did HIIT for 30 minutes rean 6 MPH for 30 minute went from 6-8 MPH for 30 so I did an Hour felt like 2 I was red swety and my legs were screaming at me AHHHH. LOL It's all good though. I walked for 10 minutes after. My Cardio system is getting so good My heart rate even at high intensity hiit I feel like I am gunna fall over an my HR oly got to 167 couldn't get it higher HMMM weird.
So I did weights tonight a Quickie 20 minutes I did Supersets they were very hard I did them for Shoulders and Abs. I don't know how many reps I did but, I went till I could lift one more time and I did 2 sets so I am happy with that for today. Even if I can fit that in for the next few days I will be really happy.
