    Sarah, WOOHOO. I finally got a wireless connection where I'm at. I'm so glad things are going well .... is Cam going to take pictures of you in your halfer so that we can be part of it with you????

      Hi everyone. I feel like poo. I had to get a bunch of blood work today and one was a comprehensive, so i couldn't eat for 12 hours before. Wasn't too bad but after 5 vials of blood and an hour drive home I got woozy and now I have a headache. Been eating slowly and drinking water, but holy crap do I feel cruddy.

        OH I sure do Hope he'll take some Pics I am Banking on it. I am soooo Excited 5days and I am running WOOHOOO.

        Glad to see you around Joy I was wondering where ya went. Great Job SHelly and Samantha Awesome.

        Can't wait to get back to the Heavy weights HE HE Monday BABY Monday.

          Oh Samantha I am sorry you are feeling cruddy I am really thankful I don't have to drive 1 hour to get blood drawn YUCKY. You just take it easy and get to feeling better. Drink lots have some Broth and I am sure you will be back to normal tomorrow.

            Sarah, I'm in Chicago area (actually a VERY rural suburb of Chicago...actually in the middle of a corn field Chicago) on a business trip. Please stop by my journal to see my woes...I wont list all the horrific Atkins details here again LOL

            I'm chomping at the bit to get back home to my new weights!!!

              Okay, so i couldn't get the dvd player in the laptop to work to do the Si6 video.

              So, I did some unweighted supersets for lower body. i lost count on all of them.....

              Forward Lunges
              Squats
              Plies
              Abs (arm/leg lifts, situps, reverse crunches)

                            We just got back from double header softball. It was a lot of fun. I'm catching and holy moses are my legs feeling it. I feel like i did squats for three hours. My butt, groin and out thighs are throbbing, it's great. My arms are tired too. I didn't want to play but I'm glad I did now.

                              I cannot wait to get back into the swing after my company leaves, we're doing lots, spent a couple of hours in the pool yesterday doggy paddling from one end to the other over and over. I miss everyone, who knew having 7 guests could be so time consuming?

                                I did it in 2:36:40 The long awaited Pictures I did Absoulutely Fantastic I had to walk one little stretch but it was a HUGE hill right before the finish line so all in all in over 2 hours I walked for about 4 minutes maybe and I came in Screaming. I should be getting a few more Pics from the Photographers from the race these are the ones my Hubby snapped for me. YES, I did it all LOW CARB and I am really great right now other then my legs are a bit stiff. YAY ME!!! I CONQUERED THE HALF!!!!!!
