    Hey Betty I have been a BAD girl sick after sick after Birthday NO MORE EXCUSES.

    I ran today for 30 minutes walked 10 then I did this.


    Deadlifts Dropset 140lbsx14,130lbsx12,120lbsx13,110lbsx15 ( no rest between sets)
    3 minute rest
    Leg Extensions Dropset 100lbsx8,90lbsx5,80lbsx5,70lbsx6 (no rest between sets)
    3 minute rest
    Hamstring Curls 40lbsx8,40lbsx8,40lbsx8,40lbsx8 (1 minute rest between sets)
    1 legged Squats (oh Nastie) 8xBW,8xBW,8xBW,8xBW ( 1 minute rest between sets)
    Decline Pelvic Tilts 15xBW,12xBW,12xBW,12xBW (1 minute rest between sets)
    Leg Press 110lbsx12,120lbsx12,120lbsx12,120lbsx12 ( 1 minute rest between sets)
    Deadlifts Superset 110lbsx30 (legs were shaking so bad I could hardly finish)
    Leg extensions supersets 50lbsx20 ( Oh the burn NASTIE)

    I can hardly walk I have wabbley legs really really bad so I know I did good.

        My B day was nice I was a good Girl had 1 drink and that's about it. Had some Family over and everything I am NOW 30 WOOHOOO welcome to the 30's for me My life is just beginning.

          I have changed my workout schedules to include more off or easy days. It hasn't necessarily helped as much as I would have liked as my 3.5 mile run ended up with me having a SORE kneecap (my former bad knee) again. So this week, I have 3.5 miles and advil in.

          I am also semi-regretting I didn't do the Dam2Dam 20k Saturday like my goal was, but I just wasn't ready. I never made my long runs as I intended. I made 7 miles, but not close enough to the 12 miles required. I am motivated however again to do the Half Marathon upcoming in the fall. Hopefully, I might be a bit more accountable this time.

                OH OH count me in 5 miles today YAY me my legs are like lead from my leg weight routine on monday but, it still felt good to run. My HR is so low when I run now it's pretty cool. I never go over 150 which rocks.

                    2.5 miles early, and around 2 miles later walking carrying a heavy bag, metal instruments of mental torture, and little white balls.

                        I'm not dead! Still running, though it has taken me a while to get back in shape after the mono. I was basically sedentary for 6 weeks, and the first night back after I felt better saw me barely able to make 2 miles. It has come back fairly quickly though, which is nice. I'm planning to do a fast 5k tonight and see how my speed is, and then start marathon training in the next two weeks. I might settle for the half if I think I need to take it easy, but that's okay. These days I'm just thrilled to be able to run at all.

                            OH man Rev I had Mono in Highschool it's not fun I feel for you I was bed bound basically for 2 months cause I just couldn't do anything Horrible. I am glad you are feeling better. I ahve read taking B12 when you have Mono helps with recovery adn a B complex Vit.
