    Definitely take it easy, no sense in making yourself feel worse.

    Yep, I've been feeling it all day. In the buns and the quads mostly. My hams aren't feeling it toooo much. Oh, and the outside of my thighs...must have been those wide-legged squats.

      Love the Wide legged Squats I did those leg lifts yesterday and Holly crap my abs sure are sore EEEEEK ROFL I love it.

        Triceps:
        Tricep Extensions 15x25, 10x20,8x15,6x10
        dumbell kickbacks 15x10 each side
        Biceps:
        barbell curls 12x34, 10x24, 8x24, 7x14
        concentration curls 15x10 each side
        Shoulders:
        dumbell presses 12x30,10x25,7x20,6x15
        side raises 10x7.5 each side
        Back:
        bent over rows: 20x34, 12x24, 12x24, 10x24
        One arm rows: 20x7.5
        Chest
        Flyes: 15x10, 10x10, 8x7.5, 6x7.5
        Barbell presses: 15x24

        OMG my legs don't hurt so much anymore because my brain is concentrating on the arms now.

          I got Done my exercise I am Back in Ketosis so it's all good YAY!!!

          I did 30 minutes running 6MPH then I lifted Upper Body weights.

          Shoulder Press Dropset 7x80lbs,7x70lbs,6x60lbs,6x50lbs,5x40lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick change Shoulder fly Superset 25x10lbs
          3 minute rest
          Seated Rows Dropset 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs,8x40lbs (no rest between sets)
          Quick Change Front Lat Pulls SUperset 25x50lbs
          3 minute rest
          Hammer Curls Dropset 10x25lbs,10x20lbs,10x15lbs,13x10lbs,12x10lbs ( no rest between sets)
          Quick Change Spider Curls Superset 25x30lbs
          3 minute rest
          Overhead Tricep Ext Dropset 6x80lbs,6x70lbs,6x60lbs,6x50lbs,8x40lbs ( no rest between sets)

            I got my run in It got real crappy outside so I ran for 30 minutes really pushing it Was an awesome sweasting heavy breathing run went 3.5 miles in 30 minutes YA baby then I walked for 10 minutes.

              I didn't get my cardio done today. My DH's truck got in the way of it. Grrrrr I hate it when that happens. Actually I could have been home, but he had to fart around and fart around and then the neighbor came over and he had to talk talk talk and then fart around some more. It's 10:00 and we just got home.

              Oh well, I'll do it in the morning, and then do my weights tomorrow afternoon.

                  Closed legged sittting squats 20xBW

                  Deadlifts: 12x64, 10x54, 8x54, 6x44
                  Rear leg lifts 20xBW ea side

                  Abs: 35 crunches, 35 reverse crunches

                    Today wasn't planned exercise, but I got a LOT in

                    Weed-eated-(is that a word? LOL) with my new weed eater machine thingy--it's like a push mower/weed eater combo. I did all my flower beds, around the pool, and the ditch in front of the house.

                    Then I did a bunch of laps in the pool, and I could really feel that workout in my heart rate and in my arms!

                      You have a pool SOOO lucky.

                      I did a ton today too got in my lawn all mowed weeded my flower bed watched 5 kids all day long Yup it was busy I really wanted to go rollerblading but, couldn't Maybe some time next week.
