    Hi guys i have been doing Billy Blanks ultimate Boot camp its about 55 mins and i have gained 4 lbs in a month since doing it 5 days per week
    is this normal?
    27/F/5"6"
    1.5 L water per day
    Diane35 (for 4 yrs)
    supplement= chromium /B12/ACV/GREEN TEA
    Excersise 5 X weekly (WEIGHTS/ELLIPTICAL)

    probably you gained muscles! how are your measurements?
    then of course I'm not an expert.... I'm sure someone like Brooke could explain things better

      Your muscles will hyperhydrate as they adjust to the new demands on them. This is TOTALLY normal and to be expected! Keep workin and it won't be long until your body lets it go

      General rule of thumb for success: If it requires a degree in chemical engineering to pronounce it, you probably shouldn't eat it.

        ok thanks u guys ,over the weekend 2 pounds came off, i'm assuming thats my muscles letting go of the water
