If you are looking to buy one of these DVD's or VHS programs, I found them at a good buy. These DVD's are twice the price at Walmart. I checked.

I hope it is OK to post the link. I don't get anything for these programs, if you buy one. Just satisfaction that I passed on a good place to purchase at.

I bought me a DVD and my Daughter a DVD of the WATP express and I am really enjoying using mine, just got them yesterday. I also bought my mom the VHS walk diet. So we will be walking even when the weather is bad outside.
