I hear you sarah, you'll find your groove soon enough. You may have to split your workouts up. Do 2 or 3 exercises in the morning before work and 2 or 3 after work. Something like that.

QUIT SMOKING JULY 23, 2006 while on Atkins
It's been a few days...however I ran 7.36 miles on Saturday. Boy were my legs jello after that, but it felt really really good and I felt like I really pushed myself.
Today I went to the fitness center and used the Nautilus equipment. I didn't write it all down, but let me see if I can remember everything I did:

Hey guys I have been bad didn't post my exercise in here. I ran a HIIT session yesterday for 20 minutes then I ran today for 30 minutes and walked for 10 I was going to lift but, I was unable to get it pounded out as of yet but, I might still get er done.

I ran 5K in 34 minutes tonight. A new personal best for the 5K. What made it even MORE of a personal best is that I only walked ONE time...and it was only the straight side of the track between the two turns. Except for that one little slow down on that one little stretch, I ran the whole time WOOHOO
Then I went and did an upper body workout.
