Looking for some help here. I started working out again today, was starting the couch to 5k program since I've let myself get outta shape so bad. After a bit my left ankle started to hurt, and finally at about 3/5 of the way through the workout, I stopped because it was just getting worse. This is the same thing that happened when I was still in the military, doing my monthly "PT test". I'm guessing it's probably my shoes, problem is I don't think there's a specialty shoe store around here that could get me the correct fitting of shoe. Anyone have any advice?
