Exercise you can do from home

Hello everyone.

I do in care home for a quadriaplegic. So I can't get to a gym. I found this site that has a bunch of things you can do from home. You will need to get a few things mind you like dumbells medicine ball and a few others. I hope this will help some of you out. It sure will help me out.
