Triceps extension
This exercise strengthens your triceps — the back muscles of your upper arms.
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor or weight bench. Point your upper arm to the ceiling, with your elbow bent to 90 degrees. Slowly straighten your elbow, moving the weight upward. Return to the starting position.
