  • Starting to exercise

    Well I've committed myself to Power Yoga once a week. Started this pass Thursday and WOW what a workout.
    I try to walk my dog everyday at a dog pit we have in the city and that usually is about 30 to 40 minutes long. I'm going to try to extend that to an hour.
    I just bought an eliptical machine from a friend and started using that today. Did 30 minutes on the fat workout...nice workout...made me sweat.
    I also did some ab work.
    I love to exercise...it's just to get going. I feel soooo good when I do.
    I hope the posts here will help to keep me motivated.

    One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.
